Notice of Default: 121 days prior to sale

 

Notice of Sale: 120 days prior to sale

Publication

Once a week for four (4) weeks. Last publication must be at least thirty (30) days prior to sale date

Reinstatement

Within 115 days from the Notice of Default recording

Postponements

Unlimited – up to thirty (30) days each

Miscellaneous

Must complete Notice of Rescheduled Sale after Relief from Stay

 

Personal Service required if property is believed to be occupied

 

Three (3) good faith attempts must be made no less than thirty (30) days prior to date of sale. Notice must be placed on the property at each unsuccessful attempt to perfect service.  Affidavits of service must be recorded no less than twenty (20) days prior to the date of sale.
