First Legal Action

Recording of Notice of Default and Substitution

Mailing Period

Notice of Default: Within ten (10) days of recording of the Notice of Default

 

Notice of Sale: Twenty (20) days before sale

Publication

Once a week for 3 weeks - last pub must be at least ten (10) days before sale but not more than thirty (30)

Reinstatement

Within three (3) months of the Notice of Default recording

 

 

Postponements

Unlimited, but not to exceed forty-five (45) days from original sale date

 

 

Miscellaneous

Notice of Sale must be posted on the property and at the county recorder’s office
